Xfinity thinks it's funny to play with someone and be fake. They give mixed messages that is fake. Charge so much money. And turn off the service.we switched a messed up cable box. And they turned the wrong one off .. for days now they been saying a new box is on the way.now I find out it's all fake.  I have been a customer for many years. But they are enjoy being fake with no remorse
