After paying my past due bill, my service still hasn't been restored? When will my service be turned back on? I was told, in just a little bit so give it at least an hour. Well it's been longer than that already!

Hello @user_7n0wcn, thank you for reaching out on our community forum. When services are disconnected due to a past due bill, it can take up to four hours before services are restored.
