I had Xfinity for many years, but their wireless service and customer service is appalling. I moved to an area that does not have access to Xfinity internet, so they: 1. restricted my website access, refused to change my address, 2. refused to provide me with a transfer pin, 3. lied repeatedly about what they can and cannot help with, 4. effectively help my phone number hostage, 5, charged me a fee per line for all four lines, forcing me to change my phone numbers. if I could give them a zero or negative number I would.
