Service
I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding Comcast/xfinitys handling of my service over the past month. The level of service, communication, and customer support I have received is unacceptable especially considering I have been a loyal customer for many years point.
Beginning in early November, Comcast/xfinity cruise. We're working in my area shortly afterwards. Several of my channels became severely pixelly. I contacted Tech Support multiple times, and 2 separate tax were sent to my home. Both confirming that my wiring, equipment, and signal levels were functioning properly.
Despite this issue continued. Today after weeks of confusion and repeated calls, I was informed by representing claiming to be a manager that these channels were removed from my package entirely supposedly because my package was old and grandfathered in and no longer offered. At no point did Comcast/xfinity notify me of any channel removals, package changes or modification to my service. I received no email, no ladder. No message to my account and yet. I continue to be build the same bundle price for fewer services perio
This is an unacceptable business practice. Removing channels without notification violates customer trust and charging the same rate for reduce service is both misleading and unfair.
As a long time customer, I expect far better treatment than what I have experienced throughout this situation. I'm asking that this matter be corrected promptly in professionally.

I completely understand your frustrations, I would love to look over your account to see what went wrong with your channels. To begin, would you mind sending me your name and the address to your account in a Direct message?
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
