Service

Xfinity has now been a no show for 2 service calls

a tree limb knocked the wire off our house early this week

we had an appointment Friday from 3-5 and the texts said the technician was here, but they were not here.  Then I got a text to reschedule. Rescheduled for Saturday  5-7 pm and received confirmation. At 5pm I got a text saying they could not make that time window. I indicated they could still come after 7pm but no one ever came. Spent 5 hours with Xfinity support and they assured me someone would come by 8am Sunday

we then got a text saying that appt was not available and another text confirming a TUESDAY appointment. 
We have been customers for 35 years and I would think that 2 no shows would bump us to a higher priority. 
we are going to cancel Comcast if it’s not resolved
