Do not do business with Xfinity if you have another option please take it I am going on 7 days without service and today they were supposed to be here to restore my service but instead after waiting 5 hours for them to show up I get a phone call telling me it won't be for another 8 days before they send somebody out do not do service with Xfinity this is me telling you the truth if you do you will regret it trust me I do as many many others do

•  Make sure you are signed in here in the Xfinity Forum. Click "Sign In" if necessary 
•  Click the "Direct Message" icon (square chat icon in the upper right corner of your screen next to the bell icon) 
•  Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
•  Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line 
•  Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
•  Press Enter to send it
