In the meantime, the Xfinity App is also a great way to stay in the know regarding any issues occurring in the area. You can check for updated and even set-up text alerts by texting “OUT” to 266278 to check for any issues in the area which is really helpful and something I personally rely on for situations like this.
The Status Page online will also allow you to enter you address to monitor potential issues in the area. As you can read here https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/check-service-outage, you can also request credits linked to these interruption all in one place.
If you see the app says service is up but you're still offline, please let us know.
