Service

My cable in internet has been going on and off 3 days. Can't get any help on the phone.No customer service assistance.I keep getting messages telling me to do this to do that as if I'm working for xfinity.When I'm paying my money to you every month.Which is nearly $300 for your lousy service.I would like some help.I would like my internet and cable to be on. Why is it every time you call?You cannot get any one on the phone.You gotta go through all these steps before.You can actually get some help.
