Service wire ran across lawn
I have called serveral times to have someone dig this line under ground. Customer service agent always says they’ve set up an appointment to have someone come do it. They give me a date and time but I never actually get a notification on my phone for the appointment like I usually would. Nobody ever shows up the days and times that I am given so I take off work to make sure I’ll be home for nothing. I’m extremely frustrated with them. My 1 year old can’t even play in the front yard without tripping over the damn line.
