Service visit

We have a down line that is laying across the street, our internet and TV service has not been working since yesterday. We need help now! Xfinity customer service is horrible! No phone number to call to speak to a human, i call the customer service line, but there is no choice to speak to representative! Worst customer service! We need xfinity now!
