Service Transfer Horror

What should have been a simple transfer of services has turned into a complete nightmare. Went to xfinity and set up transfer once transfer was complete was then told I had to return modem..Returned modem only to be told my order was cancelled don’t know who or why just cancelled. Then while setting up new account old account cancelled no longer allowing access to the app..Then when I return back was told I now need a lease for my new place.. I leave call in the reps were pleasant I guess I will get my modem nothing set up yet.. don’t have cable either I guess this is Diamond member status.. This company receives about $500 a month.. Verizon is looking better and better everyday
