Service Transfer Earlier than Requested.

I requested for a transfer of my service on Sept 19, but earlier on the 16th, my Internet service was discontinued. I called customer service and they promised me that the issue will be fixed by midnight. I was not. I called again and another agent says he is unable to resolve it and will have to wait for a different apartment that starts working tomorrow. This is highly affecting my work as I work remotely, and I would like a resolution ASAP.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

user_z13cjr Good morning! I'm sorry that we created an issue with the account transfer and ended the services early. I would love to help out and get you back online. I know how vital it is when you need to work from home.
Since this is specific to your account, can you please send us a direct message with your name and service address? From there we will verify the account and work to restart the account and restore your services now.
Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon
In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support"
As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
Press Enter to send it.
