service to new construction

I am looking to purchase a property that will need all utilities ran to it, including internet.  The closest xfinity customer is around 900 feet away.  I was wondering what would be an approximate cost to get service established?  I was just looking for a rough number ($1,000?, $7,000?, $20,000+) to see if purchasing this property is feasible.
