Service to a new neighborhood

We have just moved into a new neighborhood and although coverage maps show Xfinity coverage, when we type in our address, it says service not available. How do we get Xfinity to this neighborhood?

Hello user_otznwa. If the houses are brand new, they may not be built into our system yet. We can double-check on our end and see if we can get a ticket submitted for you. 

 

Will you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address?

To send a "Direct Message" message:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it


Sounds good. I went ahead and sent the approval document to the number provided. Please look it over and ask any further questions. If everything looks good, please approve the document within 15 minutes.
