service terminated without customer authorization
My internet service as terminated by your company without me requesting to cancel it. It seems that it was done because someone (unauthorized) requested to start new service at the same address.
Now your company tried to sell me high priced service while refusing to correct the mistake to restore my original service at the original price.
This is completely dishonest business practice.
