Service techs working on a neighbor’s house

This morning 2 Xfinity workers were working next door. I guess we share a line from the street unit. They accidentally cut the line to my service or didn’t put something back. I’ve been out of work for a year and just got a new job 2 weeks ago. Waiting 3 days for a repair is not acceptable. I’ve tried going on the waitlist and was able to escalate from the 23rd to the 21st, but this is impacting my kids and my wife who also works from home. I need help please.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
