Service tech
So I had a appointment for 10/15/26 at 12pm to 2pm. Not only did the Tech not show up, but they told xfinity rep that no one was home. The tech said they called and no one answered. One of two things happened, they arrived to the wrong address or just simply lied. I'm going with lied, because a representative informed me the Tech said they called. I received no such call at all. After being told I would still have a Tech come out in a hour, I waited and no one showed. Not only did I wait and call back to be told they would come the same day. 6 hours later from the start of the appointment time, no one showed. I called back to be told the next following morning a Tech would be out at 8am-10am. The Rep. confirmed this and told me it would be a priority. And it is 10am now with a no show on 10/16/26. I can't even get service to see how good the internet is, because I can't even get a Tech out. After being on the phone with a Rep and supervisor for almost 2 hours I have a notification saying I have a appointment next week on 10/21/26... what is this? My biggest mistake was taking off work thinking they would show up. Have no idea when and if I'll get service at this point.
