Service Tech Appointments keep getting cancelled and rescheduled
I recently purchased a home and am trying to transfer service into said home. There is no xfinity hook up so the website prompted me to get a pro install for my move. I have had two scheduled tech visits and both times the techs have not shown up and appointment was automatically rescheduled to a future date. I never received a call nor text from Xfinity or technician. This happened this past Saturday and today on the 30th. Customer service is no help as they are just going by the tech's word of "Customer Not Home, Tried Calling, etc.", but that is 100% false as both times I have not seen nor been in contact with a technician.
Mind you I have been a customer for over 11 years and am ready to switch as now Xfinity future dated my tech appointment to July 6th.
