service suspended

i scheduled a payment because i can’t pay my bill currently but my WiFi is still not unsuspended yet and it’s been over an hour since i scheduled the payment. i really need my services back on asap

To clarify, did you follow these steps to Set Up A Payment Arrangement For Your Xfinity Balance, or these steps to Set Up An Installment Plan For A Past-Due Balance?

I apologize for the confusion, @user_fgl1q2. Which type of plan did you create? And when you go back into your account online, you can confirm the plan is still in place?
