Service Suspended
I just want everyone to know that Xfinity suspended my service with no notice no letter email nothing. I called and explained that if I had I would have made arrangements to pay it. My son is nonverbal with profound autism. He relys on the internet to communicate to and live in the outside world. Not only did I spend 45-1hr on the phone, but was refused help.
I did not receive any notice and I was refused help, what kind of company does that. I have been a valued customer for over 15 years. I worked for the company as well. One of the first houses to have On Demand.
I have always recommended Xfinity. I won’t be doing that any more.
I have or soon to be had all my services with Xfinity ! I will never recommend your services to anyone at anytime. I am disgusted. You should be ashamed. I have never claimed the balance is wrong. I know what I owe and have always paid it. Customer for 15+ years I would have had to right?
I would have NEVER let this happen. I always believed Xfinity was about customer service. I have never had a bad experience before this. Like my son, I am left speechless thanks to Xfinity!
