user_gajq1w We appreciate you reaching out to us over our Xfinity Community Forums. We would be more than happy to help get you pointed in the right direction! Were you canceling your Xfinity Residential services, or your Xfinity Mobile services?

@XfinityMartyR this is unacceptable. You’ve been charging me for a month for services. I have not even been using and when you called and speak to someone, you can never get to a real person. There are no supervisors available. You just get transferred multiple times and I’m told I gotta wait 5 to 7 days to receive a confirmation email that it’s been canceled. Who actually thinks this is acceptable. This is or should be illegal. I’m not paying you anything that you charged me over this past month it’s utterly ridiculous and I will go to court for it if I have to.
