Service should be restored.

My account balance was past due and my service was suspended.

I just paid my total statement automatically over the phone.

When will my services be restored?

Depending on how your payment was made, it can take up to 24 hours for it to post to your account and clear out a temporary suspension order, although it usually only takes 10-15 minutes under normal circumstances. If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you.
