Service restore

My service was disconnected after making a payment arrangement and saying we wouldn’t be getting disconnected. Literally paying the bill three days from now, and when I finally spoke to a human was told nothing could be done?! My husband is a fully disabled combat veteran who needs internet for his mental health appointments. We can’t pay until his Veteran check hits in three days thought we were good since it said we were as long as we paid on the arranged date. Have been members for over ten years always paid our bill and now we can’t have internet or anything because the our account said we were good and the agent said no. This is on top of not having a working cable box and only trying to get internet.
