Service Restoration Estimate
I am trying to get a reasonable estimate for how long before internet service is restored. Either of the following -
1. You can reasonably expect internet service to be restored by "this" date.
OR
2. There is no way internet service will be restored before "this" date.
Either will allow me to make other arrangements for my job and the businesses I run, depending on the expected outage duration.
Does that seem an unreasonable expectation of a company supposedly as wth it as Comcast?

The most effective way to get outage updates for your area and information about your service is to visit xfinity.com/outage or use the Xfinity app.
If you are also a Comcast Business customer you can visit business.comcast.com/myaccount or use the Comcast Business app.
In the meantime we do recommend to also continue checking for available hotspots. You can visit the Xfinity app or xfinity.com/wifi to see a map of available Xfinity WiFi hotspots. All open hotspots, both indoor and outdoor, will appear on the map.
While the times are estimated and may be subject to change, these options will provide the most up-to-date information.
