Service restoration/ equipment charge
I’ve recently fell into some hard times and was unable to pay my bill, my services got disconnected but I just paid my past due balance. I still have the return equipment Charge, I’ve tried to return the equipment but it shows no equipment to be shown when trying to return said equipment, I just want my services restored since I paid over 100+ past due balance for nothing. I have tried to contact agents but wait times are constantly super long
