We are still waiting for REPAIRS,, we were told two days ago that someone was coming to fix service!!!

@XfinityRoberto​     we   have  been  waiting for   the   supposed ticket that was  generated by  the  service  tech,,  f rom  1-22-25,,,   and  no one has  shown up !    they say another tech is coming,   however   the  first one  said  that  the  repair was  outside by the street,,,  and  could not be fixed??      this   whole  sysytem,,   is  terrible,,   your  customer service sucks,,,,    terrible  customer friendly,,,,     cant wait to  canncel  you  people,,
