Service Request to New Neighborhood

How do we get Service to a New Neighborhood. There is currently approx 40+ houses and there is comcast lines that run on to the homes across the street. How do we get service to a new neighborhood with current and new homes being built?

It’s been escalated to an Official Employee to see about getting you a site survey.

@XfinityMorgan  I am a similar issue, but I am not seeing the DM option. Where can I send my address for site survey? I currently have XFINITY at my house, and work, but would like to add service to my farm, which is a =bout 1/2 mile form my house. Fiber has been run underground, and there is a new fiber vault on the front of my land, by the road as Microsoft has been providing rural access. The website says my zip is not supported, but it is the same zip code I have XFINITY fiber internet, and also a business account in town.

Hello @VirginiaFarmer. Thanks for reaching out and your interest in extending services to your farm. We can certainly check for serviceability in your area. Regardless if the zip code is the same there are different nodes to a zip code and we will need to determine if your farm is in our footprint. Please send a Direct Message with your full name and address.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
