Service Repair

On Wednesday August 5th 2026 I had a service repair at my house due to a cement truck tearing down my Xfinity line. The service tech told us the broken line was not installed correctly at the proper height. The incident pulled part of our power line from the mast connected to our house and the tech contacted his supervisor about Xfinity taking responsibility for the repair of the power line. I was told the supervisor would contact me within a few days but it has been over 3 weeks. We need an electrician to repair the line by fastening it back on the mast with the brackets that are hanging on it. Please advise as to what can be done about this. Thank you.
