Service Rep did not switch insurance
I am EXTREMELY disappointed in xfinity Mobile. I have been an xfinity customer since like 2018 in 2019 I believe is when I got my mobile service turned to xfinity mobile. I liked it. In 2020 or 2021 I went into my local xfinity and upgraded my galaxy S9 to an Iphone pro 12. The agent assured me that all my stuff would switch over to the new phone including the insurance I was paying on the galaxy l. In 2022 In January my iphone had been paid off in full and I needed to put in a claim on it through my insurance. The claim was denied because the insurance was still on the galaxy not the new iPhone. I tried to contact Xfinity mobile so they can fix it and get my claim submitted but I have been on the phone with countless agents all claiming to be helping fix the situation and here i am in November of 2023 and still it is not fix. I have been paying $12 a month for insurance that I can not even use and I paid $100 for my claim to be put in just so it could be denied because I had no idea that my phone was not covered. I am so tired. I have sat ok the phone for hours and I only get lets wait 3-5 business days. This issue needs to be fixed and I believe I should be reimbursed for my insurance that I can’t even use.
