Service related emails

I recently received a service related email that stated I had successfully registered my iPhone 18. Problem is I do not have a iPhone 18. So I went onto my account and saw nothing that indicates that a iPhone 18 had been registered. Don’t understand why I received this email and cant find a phone number to call anyone.

Hello @user_05nnvs, thank you for taking the time to leave a post. We’re sorry for the concern this unexpected email has caused. Receiving a notification about a device you don’t recognize would understandably raise questions. Spam or phishing emails can sometimes be designed to look like legitimate service notifications, so we recommend avoiding any links or attachments in the message until its authenticity can be confirmed. Have you checked the sender’s name and email address to confirm whether the message actually came from Xfinity?
