Service question and xb10

So I need to replace my xb 8 modem and I was wondering when the xb10 modem will be available? I have been jave some issues as of lately with my modem dropping it's connection on wifi and seeing slower then normal speeds on ethernet. Second question is will my uploads speeds ever be upgrade after the announcement back in 2022 for folks who had xfi complete that they would be  eligiblefor upload speeds up to 250. I jave not seen that yet in my area and still stuck at 40mbps for my upload. Third is when will the xclass service be coming to my area I am kinda excited for that service

As of now a specific update on when the XB10 will be widely available is not yet ready to share as this equipment is still in its trial period. That said, I would be more than happy to look into the connection related concerns you are experiencing. As for the increased upload speeds, I can check if your area is showing the enhanced speeds. However, if they are not yet available there won't be a specific date on when those changes would come to the area either. These types of infrastructure changes come are something we are pushing for as quickly as possible, but it will take some time.
