Service problem

I am setting up new service. Got cut off on the phone as they are switching over. You have the wrong email address. I have no cell service to call you. Can someone please somehow call me [Edited: "Personal Information"].

I had an eSIM number but that is not working now either. I have no way to get a hold of you.
