Service outages multiple
I have had xfinity internet for my business for the last several years. We switched our cell phones over as well, just recently. Ever since then, we have had multiple service outages. I cannot get anyone on the phone when I call. I am ready to cancel BOTH services at this point. It is ridiculous to pay over $350 per month and not be able to use the internet!!!! Your customer service is abhorrent!
