Service Outage—Cypress, TX

All of our service has been out for almost 48 hours with minimal updates on restoration. There is no estimated time of resolution. While the app says there is an outage, the map doesn’t show outages right where I am—only miles away. How can we get real updates when even the chatbot won’t respond and the phone support doesn’t allow you through to someone. It’s beyond annoying.

This probably isn't going to be much help but there is some information here.  Given the extent of damage it may be a while before restoration happens.  And don't forget, those people that work out in the field for Comcast have also been impacted by the storms.  Please be patient.
