Service outage
We have Xfinity poles down in our street from storm damage and need tech ops support. While the cables are laying in the street they are sending signal. So it’s not letting us file an outage.We need help asap.

Good morning @user_vqkau2, Xfinity leases space on the poles from utility companies, so we do not own or maintain the poles themselves. I would recommend calling 911 and reporting the downed pole.
