Service outage

hello, there's an outage on my location and I have not received any updates or status when it will be back online. can you please help? I can't get in touch with customer service for any answers.

HI there, @user_qnbwbv! I am sorry to hear that your service is offline. We never want that and understand it is tough to get through. Our technicians put information surrounding the interruption in the Xfinity app and online at our Status Center, https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/check-service-outage. That is the same information we see on our end. They do their best to provide an estimated end time, but sometimes that is not possible. If there are multiple jobs open regarding your service or other times like when we have to work with local utilities, you will see as soon as possible. With our text alerts, you will also be notified as soon as it ends.

Thanks for the response. Who can I speak with to get an estimated time for fix? This is impacting my work as I work from home and need an internet connection.

@user_qnbwbv The Xfinity app and Status map will update once they have an expected resolution time. I'm sorry, we don't have any details beyond what you can see in the Xfinity app and on the status map.
