Service outage
Hi. I’ve had multiple internet outages for three weeks now in Salem, OR. The service keeps going down for several hours on different days, and the outage is still ongoing. I’m requesting an account credit for the continued downtime.

Hello user_x8s4q3! Thank you for reaching out to us on our Xfinity Forums and for letting us know about the ongoing service trouble. I'm so sorry that we have had repeat issues in your area recently, and I would be happy to help out with an account credit. With certain reasons you could also use the Xfinity Assistant to process a credit on the account. It's simple to request the credit, but there are times especially with issues that are ongoing like what you are describing that the system may not be able to process the credit. No fear we are here to help! We normally like to make sure that an issue is fully resolved before processing a credit on an account, this allows us to make sure that you are fully adjusted for the service issues. I will dig into the trouble and work to have the issues fully resolved as well as adjust the account.
