Service outage

Hello, 

Can anyone help me with how to contact Xfinity regarding a service outage?  We’ve had a service outage and the status on the app has been “technician on the way” for the last 15 hours.  I’m not sure they are working on this.  I’ve tried to call but get the message that I can’t be connected to an agent until my outage is resolved.  Really frustrating because I work from home and need internet.

I'll be more than happy to look at your account to see if I can give you a status update on the service interruption happening in your area.
