Service Outage

I have had no internet or cable since 11:30am and when looking on the app it is still saying “under investigation”. Can I please get an update?

Good luck!! Mine has been out for 2 weeks. Every time I reach out to Xfinity I’m told my service was restored. It was not. They scheduled me for a service tech appt then cancelled it without explanation the following day 3 times now

To send a direct message you may need to:

Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
