Service outage on the 4th of July
Service has been out and there are no updates. You cannot call anyone ~ email anyone ~ or get any information. It’s been out since 9am this morning. Your company and parent company are horrible and this is the last straw. I will be looking for another Internet/cable provider. You’re only interested in raising prices and collecting your money. Now that there are other options I will be going elsewhere and I hope more follow in my area of New Jersey.

@user_85e7c1, thanks for taking the time to post on our Xfinity Community Forums page. Sorry to see you were affected by a service interruption. I work from home myself, and I know how frustrating that can be and how important it is to have a fast reliable internet connection. Service interruptions can be tracked using our Status Center and/or the Xfinity App over a cellular data connection. In some instances an ETA may not be available, but you can set up notifications by text to alert you as information becomes available.

Same! Can’t get a human on the phone to find out when service will be restored. This is unbelievable!
