Service Outage No Updates

Located near downtown Houston, had power and internet service all during and after Beryl Hurricane, power is still on but internet service went out today at 2PM and hasn't been restored since ... Outage map only says "Estimated Restoration: As soon as possible" ... I have enabled text updates but nothing for 8 hours.

What is the the update? I rely on service for work

We all rely on internet for work they dnt care at all me and my husband are about to lose everything due to no internet
