Service outage Need support

Hello. Our service has been disrupted for two days so far, leading me to missing work. Many in our area have their service back, yet ours is still offline. There hasn’t been any response from Xfinity on the matter, neither is there a technician reaching out yet. I would like to speak with a representative to have someone address this outage. Thank you

  •   Click "Sign In" if necessary
  •   Click the "Direct Message" icon
  •   Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  •   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
  •   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  •   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  •   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  •   Press Enter to send it

I appreciate your response. I lack the confidence in thinking that this Xfinity Support will help. We’ve tried using the same support system through twitter and they told us they have no timeline on it being resolved. This support system feels like a dead end without it allowing me to schedule a specialist to take a look at the lines if necessary.
