Service outage in North Salt Lake City

Originally was supposed to be resolved by 1110MST. Not is states, “as soon as possible”.  What’s going on?

I completely understand how frustrating this can be, especially when you're relying on your services. The information shown in the app or on the website is the most up-to-date status available, and it's the same view we have on our end. Sometimes during service interruptions, the estimated restoration time may change once work begins, especially if additional issues are discovered that need to be addressed.
