Service outage for updates

All week I have had internet interruptions due to upgrade work on the xfinity network. I have received notifications that it should only take a day but it has gone on all week. Today is Friday the 25th of July 2025. I am teaching a two day virtual class on Monday and Tuesday I need the internet to be up from 0600 to 1600 on those days. Who can I contact to insure this happens as I have already received a text saying they were going to be working again on Monday.
