Service out

My Xfinity service has been out for 48 hours. This is affecting my neighbors houses as well. We have all reported the issue. The Xfinity system says that there are no outages in our area. How can we get the field techs to look into our situation if the Xfinity system states that everything is working…despite multiple calls from me and my neighbors that service is out.

Thanks for reaching out to us, as a customer myself and an employee works from home I understand the need to have a reliable steady connection. If the Xfinity app is not showing service interruption,  it should walk you through some remote troubleshooting steps that sometimes can fix the connection issues. If those remote steps cannot be fixed it generally will connects you with the live chat agent.

Go ahead and send me a direct message including your name and service address and I'll be happy to take a look at your services and the nose in your area.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send your message

Total problem here also.  App says all is fine.  Support is like restart your gateway and check your cables.  What a joke.
