Service on my account

Cable lines are falling outside. Can someone come take a look and fix them? And give me a time frame when they can come.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

user_0e3ls2, Hi there! Absolutely, we can help look into this. I can understand the concern about dealing with falling cable lines outside, and I understand wanting to know when someone can come out. You've come to the right place for help. Do you currently have an account with us? If so, are you noticing any service issues? Once we receive this information, we can determine what type of service request is needed and check the available options for getting someone out there.
