Service Needed!! New Construction Build

New Home Service / Construction Request Unanswered

I am having this same problem we have been trying to get service at our new construction for over 3 months.  We already have dug the proper piping and we have had the land surveyed.  We have had 2 technicians come to the house just to tell us that they don't work in the construction department and can't install our service until the construction service team runs 1 wire that we already have a conduit for.  This is extremely frustrating and no one in the customer service department has been able to help us.  We have asked to speak or meet with someone in the construction department and no one will ever call us back.  We tried to be proactive and get the service early to help with lead time, but now we are about to move into the house and need answers.  This is extremely frustrating and wasting our time (over 12 hours in total).  @ComcastCares  We really need to get some answers or we are going to have to find an alternative Internet option.
