Service move
"Customer Service" implies that you are serving your customers. You people have canceled the line work at my home 3 times now, if I count the times you just failed to show up. I have changed plans twice, and now, supposedly, I don't have to be there for the work to be done... And it still hasn't been done. When I called today, I was scheduled (according to the email you sent) for the 22nd, but the guy on the phone told me that had already been changed to the 23rd.
What is wrong with xfinity, that you can't keep a simple appointment?
And how about getting a [Edited: "Language"] human for once, without the idiotic ai? You prove that you hate your customers, every time you give us ai.
I am finished with you people lying to me repeatedly. How do I get you [Edited: "Language"] out of my house, and go to your competition? What steps do I need to take, because right now, I'm considering smashing my router and sending it back to you in a box.

I understand your frustration completely, and I realize how incredibly exhausting it is to have your appointments canceled and rescheduled repeatedly without clear communication @user_o98tg2. For external appointments like burying a drop line, we can't guarantee a specific schedule. Dates are subject to change based on technician availability, permits, weather, and the utility marking process. If there are no delays, it can take up to 14 calendar days from the date the technician places the order.
If you wish to cancel service our team can assist with that as well.
