Service Lines Cut
About 2 weeks ago some contractors cut the service lines to me and my neighbors house. We tried contacting the military housing services for our neighborhood and they confirmed that only an Xfinity service member is able to fix the line. Our xfinity store has been aware about the issue since the first day it happened, and has sent out 2 technicians. All they do is walk out back and look at the damage, then sit in their trucks for an hour. The last technician said we had to speak to our housing team. We're just getting the runaround from our local store.
