Service lies and promises
I need a new phone and upgrade if you will, I have called several times to no avail, all I get is lies and promises so far and I have been doing this for months hoping to get a simple phone, as I have paid my bill on time every month, then they charge me 30 extra dollars saying that I signed up for the unlimited service which I did not, and I am told my credit is zero with them which how can it be zero if I paid my bill every time it came due to let alone saying that I signed up for the unlimited deal which I did not, it seems like you complain to them about any subject and they just say what you want to hear at the time, and they will say that they will escalate it or talk to the back office or have whichever team to look at it and we'll fix the problem but never does, I hope this reaches the right person but with billion dollar corporations it is futile to try to get anything taken care of, so good luck guys hope you have better luck than I did but it don't look like it after reading all these complaints LOL 😂

They only want you to sign up for their phone they don't want to provide good service for it
